Human Capital Seminar: A Strong Commitment by the BGFIBank Group to Performance and Excellence
The BGFIBank Group brought together its Human Capital leaders for a seminar on the theme “Human Capital Transformation as a Driver of Collective and Individual Performance.” This event marks a key milestone in the Group’s commitment to integrated human development.
Over three days, participants explored the key challenges involved in transforming the Human Capital function, including its organization, the optimization of recruitment processes, the impact of compensation policies on performance, and the development of an appropriate training strategy supported by BBS, the School of Management. These areas of focus aim to strengthen the BGFIBank Group’s efficiency and attractiveness.
As part of the Dynamique 2025 Corporate Plan, the Group has identified four priorities for the transformation of its Human Capital:
- Building an enhanced employee journey;
- Promoting a learning organization;
- Increasing Human Capital productivity;
- Strengthening commitment to the Group’s values.
Mr. Henri-Claude OYIMA, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the BGFIBank Group, presided over the opening and closing ceremonies of the seminar, in the presence of the Chief Executive Officers of the Group’s subsidiaries.
This commitment to Human Capital transformation highlights BGFIBank’s determination to support its employees through a sustainable approach focused on performance and innovation.
