From June 12 to 14, the headquarters of BGFI Holding Corporation in Libreville, Gabon, hosted the annual seminar of the Finance division of the BGFIBank Group.

This strategic event brought together more than 40 Chief Financial Officers, heads of accounting control and management control managers from the Group’s 21 entities. The seminar aimed to identify and define actions designed to strengthen operational efficiency and harmonize practices across the Group.

The closing ceremony, chaired by the Group’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Henri-Claude Oyima, marked the adoption of 18 resolutions, reflecting the discussions and deliberations held over the three days. These resolutions will guide the Group’s future financial management and control strategies, further reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence.
