Over the past year, the BGFIBank Group recorded total assets of USD 9 billion and consolidated net income of USD 156 million, reflecting a strong financial performance. Following the recommendation of the Board of Directors of BGFI Holding Corporation, the General Meeting approved the distribution of a gross dividend of USD 19 per share, demonstrating the Group’s commitment to rewarding shareholders for their continued support.
